Gretel may be ‘getting up there’ but she still has no problem clearing the pasture fence so she can help us with chores. Gretel acts as a great alarm and back up for our LGD, Seda.

Turkish Boz

Seda is a sweetheart… unless you are messing with her goats or ducks. Then she is all business - all 175+ pounds of her! Currently, her breed is not officially recognized in the US, though efforts are being made towards recognition. They are a large breed that are excellent livestock guardians (LGDs). As we have many predators near the farm, Seda has done an excellent job keeping them OFF the farm.
